CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total service price and are due at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within the cancellation window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be restricted from future bookings. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule or adjust their service based on availability. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, additional fees, or forfeiture of the deposit. Hair Preparation Policy Shampoo services are not included unless specifically added at the time of booking. Hair must be clean, detangled, and blow-dried prior to arrival. Additional fees may apply if extra preparation is required. Hair Inclusion & Add-Ons Hair is included in braiding services unless it’s a specialty color please select as an add-on. Extra length, extra density, specialty hair, accessories, or custom designs are available as add-ons and must be selected during booking. Photo Upload Requirement Clients are required to upload a reference photo at the time of booking for all braid and loc services. This helps ensure proper timing, pricing, and service expectations. Refund & Service Acceptance Policy All services are non-refundable. Any concerns must be communicated during the appointment. Once the service is completed, it is considered accepted. At the conclusion of service a photo will be taken for documentation purposes and maybe utilized in the future on social media.
